NOTE! – Typically, we will hold separate practices for grades K-2 and grades 3-8. The K-2 program will practice on weekends, and the 3-8 program will practice on Tuesday and Thursdays.
Grades K-2
The K-2* program teaches wrestling fundamentals using primarily a combative games-based approach. Kids spend the first part of practice running, stretching out, doing calisthenics, and combative games. The second part of practice is teaching wrestling techniques. The final part of practice is live wrestling, where the boys wrestle matches. This is not drop-off, a parent or guardian must be at every practice and match.

Grades 3-8
The 3-8 program also teaches wrestling fundamentals but has a greater focus on teaching more technique and preparing the boys for the state and sectional championships. There is a greater emphasis on live wrestling and a more serious tone for this level.
