Parkway Youth Hockey

Parkway Youth Hockey is the local youth hockey program for all residents of West Roxbury, Roslindale, and Jamaica Plain, serving our children since 1970. The program is designed to teach and develop hockey skills, emphasizing the importance of sportsmanship, fair play, teamwork and responsibility – all while having fun!
We offer every level in youth hockey, from Learn-To-Skate to Midgets, and as the largest program in Boston with over 20 travel teams, 14 house teams and 400 players, we are able to participate in a number of unique experiences, including the Massachusetts State Tournament (as an automatic entry), Boston’s Mayor’s Cup and trips to Montreal and Lake Placid, among other exciting places!

HPYH provides youth with an amateur hockey development program implemented through skill development and competition. HPYH recognizes a broad range of ability and commitment among its participants and strives to provide the appropriate level of instruction and competition to all.
We offer a Learn to Skate program which is designed to introduce young skaters to the game of hockey by teaching the fundamentals of hockey skating; a House League which is a recreational and developmental in nature; and a Travel League which offers a high level of competition for our players.
